COVID Policy

Passenger Requirements

Perth Waterbike Co is following all government requirements in regards to COVID-19.  As at 30th March 2022, this includes:

  • Currently, patrons are not required to show proof of vaccination.
  • All guests must check in using the QR code before boarding, or write down their name and phone number if they do not have the approved app.
  • Wearing a mask – currently patrons are not required to wear a mast as this is an outdoor setting where 1.5m social distancing can be maintained.

The above is subject to change at any time, in line with any changes to state government directions for commercial vessels and water based tourism. 

If you are showing ANY signs or symptoms

We kindly ask that if you are showing any signs of COVID-19 before boarding that you contact us via email at hello@perthwaterbikeco.com.au  ASAP and arrange a COVID-19 test as soon as practicable. If you have any questions or concerns, please get in touch via email.

What we are doing to help keep you safe:

We are taking a number of extra measures to keep guests and staff as safe as possible including but not limited to: additional cleaning and sanitation of surfaces throughout the day, modifications to catering to minimize cross contact between guests, hand sanitizer for your use, and complying with all National and State directives regarding COVID-19.

All staff have completed COVID-19 training (AHA) and meet the vaccination requirements for workers on commercial vessels.

Please take note before arriving at Perth Waterbike Co:

For the safety of other guests and our staff, we kindly ask that if you are showing any symptoms shortly before your tour time that you give us a call and get tested. The same applies if you have been identified as a close contact and have been told to isolate.

Please show respect for fellow tour participants by maintaining a safe distance at all times – 1.5m where practicable.

Please have your phone handy when boarding, ready to check in via the QR code.
